Adidas Terrex Ax4 Goretex Hiking Shoes present us with a waterproof and more breathable model of this footwear created to run in the mountains through the most complex trails and even climb, in any season because you will have the best traction, cushioning, and stability even with the rain.
The Goretex membrane is highly resistant to water, so you will not have to worry about changes in the weather conditions or if you have to cross puddles or rivers because your feet will keep dry, and the moisture will absorb quickly.
These trekking shoes are made with a Continental outsole that gives excellent grip with their thick studs on all types of surfaces. They include the EVA double-density midsole that provides stability and superior cushioning.
They have a mesh upper that gives a comfortable fit, while synthetic reinforcements increase their resistance against abrasions. These hiking sneakers present a reinforced tongue, a protective toe cap, a drag strip, and traditional laces.
Comfortable, stable and versatile, these men´s hiking shoes are built to move fast through varied terrain and wet conditions.
The hybrid design blends hiking shoe stability with a running shoe-like feel.
A GORE-TEX membrane in the upper helps keep feet dry while providing breathability in key zones.
Dual-density foam balances comfort and stability on the trail.
The rugged Traxion outsole offers maximum grip in all directions.
Made with a series of recycled materials, this upper features at least 50% recycled content.

A good shoe made for trekking. It is comfortable and stable and provides good protection against moisture. But it is quite heavy and not very airy, so don't consider it a leisure sneaker. Make sure you buy a size larger, it does run small.

Great fast service by Tradeinnn. The adidas terrex Ax4 shoe is a very nice looking shoe with a sole more akin to trekking across rocks or deep mud as oppose to a walk along a trail. The trainer is good value for money - all I will advise you to caution is that they - as some others have said - are a tight fit; I would advise going a half size up on your normal size, possibly a full size up if you want comfort and a wear a thick sock.

Apart from looking very pretty to me, they do what they promise, I have gone out into the mountains about 10 times and there are no complaints, they have a slip-proof sole, my main activity is walking (looking for mushrooms when necessary), nothing extreme but hey, I do walk in the mountains up and down the mountain between wet grass, leaves, brambles, stones... I had doubts about the waterproofing but at the moment not a drop gets in and also in a short time they are dry. They breathe very well, I haven't had any heat in my feet and as for cold, I still don't know why it hasn't arrived yet since I bought them but walking it goes away :) The only drawback that I can think of today are the laces that could be more resistant, some threads are starting to come out from getting caught in brambles or queseyó, I have had some Bestard trekking shoes for years and their laces are intact.

After two Terrex models for running, I try to buy these for mountain outings. The expectations were not disappointed, a little heavier and stiffer, but for the mountains it is necessary. The only note is that they are a little wider in the forefoot area, which means comfort, but on long walks also risks blisters. Anyway, 5 stars
