These trekking shoes are made with a Continental outsole that gives excellent grip with their thick studs on all types of surfaces. They include the Repetitor midsole that provides excellent cushioning and lightweight, while the Lightstrike technology provides stability and good support in each step.
They have a seamless mesh upper that gives a comfortable fit, while synthetic details increase their durability against branches and shrubs on the road. These hiking sneakers present a reinforced tongue, a protective toe cap, a molded insole, and traditional laces.
From door to trail and back, the TERREX SOULSTRIDE FLOW is your partner to collect miles on longer trail adventures.
Using a pillow-like cushioning of lightweight EVA, this trail running shoe is designed to keep you moving.

These are better cushioned than I thought they´d be. The toebox is quite structured so be aware in case of rubbing on toes. Upper is warm and slightly less breathable (to balance waterproofing( but not uncomfortable. Decent shoe.

Comfortable, good to run on the road as well as on trails. Good to run on wet muddy surfaces too no sign of slipping. They are waterproof too. They did take a week to break in with a bit of rubbing but after a week they were fine. I would recommend for on and off road runs

These shoes are great for training on roads and on trails that are not too technical. If your training includes both paved roads and dirt paths, I recommend these shoes. They have excellent grip on wet roads and very good on dirt paths. They are comfortable and have a lot of cushioning, but you should bear in mind that they are shorter and narrower at the front than normal, so it is best to buy a size larger than usual.

I recommend this running shoes if you train in a mixe of road and easy trails. They perform well on the tarmac and they have good grip on easy to medium trails, where you can find some roots, small stones and a bit of loose dirt. They have also good cushioning on the midsole, but they are a bit stiff and you will need some miles to soften them. Inside they are OK. They look and feel resistent like other trail running shoes. Finally, I recommend you to buy a bigger size then usual, because they are short and narrow on the toes.
