The adidas Terrex Swift R3 hiking shoes are ready to put your feet on the gas, reassuring why this name is revered by professional hikers globally. Although at first glance they keep the previous edition’s silhouette, these shoes hide several improvements that make them the fastest in this series.
The Lightstrike midsole is lighter and more technical than ever in the Terrex Swift R3, with an extra-soft cushioning that will keep you leading the pack at all times. For added midfoot stability, adidas’ new Pro-Moderator sole cage hugs the plantar arch to protect your feet during longer hikes. Meanwhile, the legendary Continental™ compound rubber outsole gets an almost split design for greater flexibility and improved traction over rocks, mud, and wet ground thanks to its 4.5mm-thick wedge-shaped lugs. A Rock plate protects your feet from accidents and missteps.
The Terrex Swift R3’s upper is made from a highly breathable and durable textile mesh that employs heat-sealed reinforcements for maximum support. An enlarged heel counter increases multi-directional stability, while a speed lacing system improves midfoot grip.
Like the Swiss knife of trail shoes, these men´s hiking shoes are lightweight yet rugged, so you can move swiftly through a wide range of terrain.
An external heel cup and rock-resistant design lend support through rocky terrain.
A Continental™ Rubber outsole maintains extraordinary grip in all conditions.

Quick delivery, bought for my son. Look very sturdy but comfortable. He lives them as they fit perfectly (size 9,5 UK) and feel good. Just had them a couple of days but so far they are perfect for everyday use and dog walks. Would recommend!

I have owned many adidas shoes over the years but in last 12 months i have bought 3 pairs of terrex shoes and boots i wear the boots for work 8hrs a day and they are the best boots ive ever had. Comfy and keep my feet dry all the time. This is what made me buy 2 more pairs 1 more boots and pair of trainers. As always awesome footwear from adidas.

The website was so straightforward I hadn't realised that it was a Spanish shop. Therefore it took a little longer to arrive than I 1st expected, but only what was normal and acceptable. They were the cheapest out of everyone, and arrived in perfect condition. Only worn once but very satisfied.

I bought them to do the Camino de Santiago and my experience could not have been more satisfactory. Comfortable, with great breathability. My feet ended the days dry. I would buy them again.
