I haven't tested it in all aspects yet. At first glance it is a good article. It does not lack the quality that Altus always offers. It is very light, which allows you to carry more weight inside. For me, one detail against Altus is that the zippers are usually attached to the fabric, because it's very thin... But I think it's a very good backpack.

Yes, you can carry skis and ice axes in it. Being quite large, it must be taken into account that the backpack is sufficiently filled inside so that it has enough volume and support on its own so that the transportation of the material is comfortable.
