I have been slow to give my opinion because I had not been able to verify its effectiveness. Very good cape, it is light and adapts very well to the body, not like other brands that make a lot of sail when the wind blows. It held me dry for several days of rain, almost non-stop.

Good poncho. It takes up little space and weighs little. Being open at the front, it is comfortable to take off and put on. Although I have not tested it thoroughly yet, it looks well made and there is no doubt about its waterproofing. It covers me well with my 85-liter backpack on my back. My only doubt is its breathability. And personally I do not like the velcro that it uses to close the flap over the zipper (it would be better only with a zipper, without velcro) but they surely have their function.

excellent waterproof. covers both backpack and body optimally. tried just right today. 2 hours under water and not a drop has passed. logically you sweat a little but on the other hand it is normal.

The Ferrino brand on a personal level does not disappoint and this raincoat is one more example. When folded, it takes up little space, weighs just under half a kilo, a good material that is totally waterproof and the addition for the backpack is perfect.

You sweat very quickly during the rain on a hot summer day, no ventilation. Comfortable both with a backpack and without, and also rode a bicycle in it. At first there was an unpleasant smell of chemistry, which weathered for a long time.

Hi, I bought this Ferrino poncho after researching all of those available and this one ticked the boxes for me. The days I’ve used it up to now have been in that rather persistent heavy drizzle and always when I’ve been climbing towards peaks. It is waterproof but not breathable so some condensation occurs. It can be -and was- unzipped to allow air flow but after a hard climb there was condensation formed inside. The poncho did a good job of keeping rain off the head/shoulders and rucksack and the individual arm sleeves were a benefit in providing easy movement.
