Only worn them around the house and done the North Face of my stairs a few times so far - but they feel brilliant. Super comfortable and really light. My old Asolo plastics are at least twice as heavy. I can’t wait to use them in snow and ice! Excellent speed of delivery too. I give them 4 stars - but need to test them in action to see if they bag that fifth star. My feeling is they will. Roll on winter climbing again.

On the TrekkINN website, they are called “Nepal Cube Goretex”, but everywhere else (La Sportiva’s website, other retailers) they appear to be called “Nepal Cube GTX”). Is what TrekkINN are calling the “Nepal Cube Goretex” exactly the same boot as what everybody else calls the “Nepal Cube GTX”? Or is it a different boot?
