The Kento Tour High GTX’s upper is made of Mastrotto split leather, increasing durability and sustainability. The Hybrid Shell technology uses a dual-layer design to give you softness and flexibility on the inside without losing hardness on the outside. The 2-Zone lace closure delivers customizable and precise support, while the GORE-TEX® layer wicks away moisture to keep your feet as warm and dry as possible.
For absolute cushioning, the Kento Tour High GTX’s midsole is made of dual density 3D memory foam that provides softness and reactivity at any walking pace or vertical movement. In terms of traction, the Vibram rubber outsole has been optimized to give these boots the best possible grip on steep and unbalanced surfaces.
Classic mountaineering tours, via ferratas and much more: The Kento Tour High GTX® Men convinces with its excellent grip and minimal sole design developed by MAMMUT and vibram. These boots are great, but sizing chart is total mess. I wear US9.5 (EUR 42.5), bought these boots US10 (EUR 43 1/3), and they run one size small!

So far I have not had problems with cracking or dryness, but I am very careful with exposure to heat, since, when I want to dry or dehumidify the footwear, I place it away from a heating zone so that it receives heat but does not directly and I also do it. on a sunny day where the air is warmer but I do not expose the shoe to the sun, and this prevents the leather or the components of the shoe from suffering from sudden changes in temperature, and it has worked quite well for me, from what I have seen prolongs the useful life of the shoe.
