MERRELL presents its new creation, the new MOAB 3 GORETEX HIKING SHOES running shoes, they present a design that combines the aesthetics of mountain boots and sneakers sports shoes that offer maximum protection and comfort.

It has a foam midsole with FloatPro technology that guarantees shock absorption combined with lightness and durability. The outsole is made of Vibram EcoDura rubber that provides unmatched cushioning.

Its upper shell is made of mesh and recycled TPU that offer breathability and maximum protection. I switched to this shoe because of an offer from my "regular brand" and was very positively surprised. The shoe has a pleasant appearance, is very light and compared to my previous ones you can hardly feel it on your feet, which means it is very comfortable To wear. So far it also offers the moisture protection you need when you walk on wet grass. The only drawback is that I had to take a shoe size larger than before. But if you know that, in my opinion it's perfect.

If you have already used some moab you already know what there is, and that is why you repeat. If you don't know them, they are lightweight mountain shoes, with Goretex (you can put your foot in a bucket of water) and with a vibrating sole (dry they have good traction, in the wet I haven't tried them yet, but other previous ones complied very reasonably) very comfortable. But how comfortable. To put a hit on it, which costs, the bellows of the tongue could be somewhat higher. And it has never happened to me, but since the "eyelets" are made of fabric, not metal, if you pull the laces with a lot of travel when tying your shoes, I suppose that in the long run you could cut the "eyelet", but never to me it happened to me. And if those are the biggest drawbacks that can be put... Anyway, I've already had several moab in a row. They are comfortable, wearable "in civil life", in the mountains they meet up to where you need real boots, the sole is good and your feet don't get wet or cook. perfect...

The first impression is good. The shoes fit well and walk wonderfully. I also think they look nice. I can't say anything about durability yet. In terms of sizing, I think they run a bit small. I took 1 size larger than the size suggestion indicated (I took the same size as I normally have) and certainly should not have size smaller.

The Moab 3 are much more comfortable than they look. It should be noted that they are slightly smaller in shape than the Moab 2. In my case, this was not a problem.
