I use it as a base layer to sleep when the temperatures are very cold, it actually keeps warm and has an excellent performance weight ratio ... However I would not use it when the activities are intense as you may sweat

feels super soft and wears it too. wear it only in cold weather conditions. For jogging or cycling and just to undergo when it is cold outside
