I weight 78kg, 186cm high, waist 86cm, hips 97cm and I ordered size M-L (ES42). A bit loose in waist, narrow at thigs and cm or two to short but with hiking shoes will be ok. Pants are perfect, warm and nice to wear. The only dissapointment is shipping. It takes more than from China!

Good quality pants, thick (winter), ideal for cold climates or seasons. The waist has elastic areas, offering more adjustment possibilities. The fabric in general is slightly elastic. I'm 1.90 m tall, I weigh about 80 kg and I chose a size 44. It's a bit loose at the waist, but it can be fixed with the belt. A little short in length for my taste, which is more noticeable when you sit down (one size more seems to me that it would be too wide at the waist). The leg pockets (zippered) fit a standard cell phone, albeit a bit tight.

I have a 94cm waist and size 40 is perfect for me, very tight but since it is elastic it doesn´t deprive me of movement. I don´t know how long they are because I have them tailored to my measurements, you have to be very tall for them to be worthless.

Good night. I measure 1.76 and weigh 75 kg. I bought a 40 and I had to change it for a 42, since it was very tight and it was too uncomfortable for me. The 42 is perfect for me. Perhaps in the length you have a bit left over, but I don´t think it will be a problem for you. I usually vary my weight between 73 and 75 kg, and 42 is my size.

Good morning. For my part, 1.80 m and 75 kg, I took size 42. Just a bit wide at the thighs but it ensures comfort of movement. For a better hold at the waist, I changed the elastic waistband for a more stable one. The size fits me well.
