I find these shoes supper comfortable but still firm and not the squishy foam feeling of the Nike Pegasus TRs. They look narrow but have plenty of room in the forefoot and a normal rise like the Pegasus TRs as expected from Nike (others may disagree). I normally buy a 45 in Nike and these were fine in a 45. I have a normal width heel and a wide forefoot. This is not the newest version of the model, so if you like it, buy a second set because you will not find it again and no guarantee that it will stay the same.
