Years of experience have enabled this American brand to provide you with one of the most comfortable and practical suspension systems on the market with the Farpoint 55L, combining a LightFrame™ harness with a lightweight, breathable backpanel to give you a cool, friction-free load experience. To give greater protection to the harness’ handles and reduce the Farpoint 55L’s overall profile, this backpack includes an innovative stowaway system that allows you to hide the entire harness in an easily accessible pocket.
To increase luggage safety, Osprey included padded front and side panels in the Farpoint 55L, protecting your belongings against worldwide airports’ renowned chaos. A series of internal and external compression straps keep your cargo stable and secure, while a variety of side handles allow you to carry the backpack from any angle when its harness isn’t an option.
On its inside, the Farpoint 55L contains all the usual Osprey features, but its padded sleeve for laptops and tablets and scratch-proof front pocket truly shines in guaranteeing that your most precious equipment is safe against any accident. Besides, this pack is perfectly compatible with a Daylite™ daypack in case you need several luggage options for your journey.

Built to reach the furthest reaches, the Farpoint series is still our lightest travel backpack.
Its spacious zippered ventilated mesh panel allows you to carry the Fairpoint like a backpack but fill it like a suitcase.
The backsystem is strong and durable and allows you to take all your hotel belongings to the airport and anywhere.
The padded handles on the lid and sides of the backpack and its removable strap allow it to be easily carried and retrieved from the airport conveyor belt.
All your things will always be at hand and safe thanks to its large locking zipper that gives access to the main compartment.
The internal compression straps can be used to include a small 13-liter day pack that includes what you need, from a practical pocket for electronics and sunglasses, two double-bottom pockets and even a laptop sleeve.

The order arrived in Colombia at the agreed times, once here the logistics are a disaster and they will charge you taxes, around 15% of the purchase. The suitcase is very good, it looks quality, I hope it passes the quarantine to travel again and extract the juice.

Really like this bag. USPS very slow. Expect delays in delivery and very little communication from USPS. Moral of the story is this: This is a great place to order from, if you don’t need the product quickly should you live in the USA.

I ordered before reading the reviews, or there is a good chance I would have been dissuaded. Fortunately, I didn’t read the reviews until after I ordered and I couldn’t be happier. I love my Osprey backpack and the accessories I purchased. The price had me suspicious, but I was so wrong. The customer service team was very responsive, and they were polite with me in spite of my tone. I highly recommend purchasing here based upon my own personal experience.

Osprey Fairpoint backpack is a large backpack with large capacity that combines 2 in 1. A larger capacity and a smaller one. With great support in the shoulder and lumbar area. Very comfortable and waterproof. Great purchase and I don't think it's the only one I'm going to have

Amazing bag. The smaller one comes with it and can be attached as seen in the photos. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because the shipping was late and there wasn't a lot of assistance from anyone to help me with the delay. But for the bag itself, it's a 5 stars (especially for the price!)

This is the perfect pack for travel for air, train, ship and everything in between. Super durable and comfortable when loaded. The versatility that the removable day back provides is priceless. Ordering and shipping through the trekkinn website was seamless.

Can be used as carry-on luggage on airplanes .... as long as it is not full !!!! I have traveled with her aboard to Colombia, Thailand and Bolivia. You have to fill it so that it is pliable inside those little airport boxes.

So, I needed a new backpack (... I'm a turtle... or a snail... or Dr. Who, because I *have* to take my home/my life with me (shell/telephone booth) where ever I go; I just feel much more comfortable when I have "needed" items with me) and we ended up at REI. The sales guy was... unimpressed with my current bag - you're going to kill your back and etc. (I've had it since 2008 and it's still got a LOT of life left in it) - and said they had something that wouldn't be as wide but it would be longer and fit so much better and etc. etc. I took all of my stuff out of the Tarqus and put it into the one he suggested and, it fit with room left over and, yes, it was much more comfortable. The bag actually comes with a detachable, relatively small backpack, which I've wanted for a long while. This way I can still take everything with me, I'll just be able to detach my "must carry" from what I "need" now, as long as I have a place (vehicle) to store/leave the bigger bag in.

Ordered the bags for a month long trip. I had used a friends osprey farpoint 55 in the past. Product was brand new and had no issues, great bags if you're looking to backpack across a country. Ordered from Canada and product arrived within the estimated shipping time, which was about two weeks. No issues with shipping or customs (had to pay duties). Was cheaper ordering from trekkinn.com even with the shipping and customs than ordering in Canada. Would recommend.

I´ll honestly say that I was a bit weary about purchasing from Trekk inn because the price was just too good to be true, but Trekkinn has exceeded my expectation. I bought a backpack Osprey Farpoint 55 ... I'm really surprised by the quality. The only downside, in my opinion, since I search a backpack travel is the length that makes it impossible for us to use as cabin baggage when flying (by a few centimeters). My next pack will be another Osprey!

Ordered this bag after doing a significant amount of research. Was a bit worried after reading some of the negative reviews concerning international shipping, but was very happy with the delivery time to my Canadian address. I am looking forward to my first trip with this new bag and I have ordered the Fairview 55 for my wife. I will shop from Trekkinn again and would recommend to others!
