The SIROCCO is designed to respond to the needs of climbers and mountaineers for reduced weight and for protection.
Its head-covering shape, lower in the rear, offers reinforced protection. Optimized volume on the head, along with excellent ventilation, provide maximum comfort.

Ultra-light design: Only 170 g. Hybrid construction with a shell in EPP (expanded polypropylene) foam and rigid crown injected with EPS (expanded polystyrene) foam.
Head-covering design for optimal protection against lateral and rear impact.

- Completely adjustable, thanks to the adjustable headband and chinstrap.

When I received the box I thought it was empty. Its weight is super light and it is very very comfortable. I think it's the most comfortable helmet I've ever worn, even better than the bike helmets I wear like the Kask. The adjustment of the neck, although it is a bit austere, perfectly fulfills its mission. The magnetic band is also very practical and comfortable even with gloves. The ventilation is extraordinary. I am very satisfied with this helmet. I recommend it

Ideal helmet for those who are looking for lightness, comfort, minimalism combined with safety, and something practical. The best thing is its low weight. It is not a helmet to give a lot of battle or neglect it in transport, as it can be damaged.

i purchased this helmet after receiving advice from a petzl representative at an event. we shared similar views about having ,fun in the mountains and he said this helmet was his personal choice for days that involved both skyrinning and climbing/scrambling. i do have an aversion to helmets while on my mountain bike but really don’t want to push my luck on snow and ice so knew i had to bite the bullet and get one for safety… the sirocco saved the day as it’s so lightweight you hardly notice it on, and it won’t weigh my running pack down either, so i have no excuse for not wearing it.
