These trekking boots have a Contagrip sole that overcomes the traction and adherence you need for any terrain on the mountains. The injected EVA midsole provides cushioning, and the Advanced Chassis gives you more control of movement to the ankle, stability, and flexibility in the front.
The Goretex membrane is responsible for avoiding the water from entering inside and it also absorbs moisture so the foot keeps dry during all trips. These mountain boots come with an Ortholite insole that offers breathability, comfort, and cushioning.
The upper is made with Nubuck leather so it is resistant to water and very durable. These hiking boots with high-cut bring a protective toe cap and traditional laces with eyelets.

Delivery on time and in good condition. Lightweight and extremely comfortable boots. But honestly, I still don't know how it will perform after long walks. They have not yet been tested to the limit.

I have been buying Salomon GTX trekking shoes for more than a decade. They are my go-to choice for outdoor footwear. I prefer short shoes, I use this high model for rainy days, the rain pants fall neatly over the shoe and keeps me dry. The shoes have excellent waterproofing, and a strong and sturdy design. Size wise they are small. Meaning, like with sneakers, you have to add a size vs your regular shoes. I'm size 46 in regular shoes, and in Salomon's shoes I buy 48. The shoes are super comfortable, also on long hikes. I recommend a few short hikes to break them in before you go on an all day trip. Will buy again for sure!
