Isotonic without sugar for activities longer than 2 hours. He used to take "226ers Salts" but he has nothing to send to him. I prefer to dissolve a capsule in a 500 or 600 cl drum rather than ingest it directly.

Helps to avoid the effect of the "wall" during long runs. Twice used in the race for marathons. My friend bought the same Saltstick Caps 100 Units at the Expo at Ironman 70.3 in Bang Saen in Thailand, but a little more expensive.
