It is a useful retrocapital pad in case of pain due to metatarsalgia when the sole of the foot is subjected to great efforts. There are many factors that can intervene, but in my particular case, sometimes after two hours of cycling, the pain appeared. With these pads the pain does not exist even after three and a half hours. It is important to use them together with good templates, everything has an influence.
