I think so. Thanks to the special closures, which you can leave in the ´open´ position with an extra tab, the mat fills itself easily. I leave the mat like this for a long time while I organize or assemble the rest of my camping gear. Usually I have to blow little or no air to sleep comfortably. Also for deflating the mattress, you can use the special closure to open the valves while you roll up the mat. With enough muscle power in your hands, you get them rolled up in one go so that they fit in the bag. It takes my kids two turns to roll them up small enough. I´ve gone camping with it a few times. I am always very comfortable! If you want to use them for pulling, it´s better to buy a lighter model. This one is really meant for ´luxurious´ camping!

Yes, it´s easy to use. When inflating, I still pump in some air, so that the air mattress becomes a little harder. To roll up the valves are easy to open to roll up the mattress.
