Hello, I'm becoming fond of barefoot shoes and these, although I had always been somewhat adverse to design, have blown my mind. The feel is compact and very comfortable. The idea with these is to push even more to regain full foot stability. I have not used them for running yet, but it seems that it would not be a problem. I chose size 46 (usual size). I think they could be a little smaller, but a 45 would be too tight for me. Highly recommend!

Me estoy aficionando a los zapatos barefoot y estos, aunque siempre había sido algo adverso al diseño, me han alucinado. La sensación es compacta y muy cómoda. La idea con estos es forzar aún más a recuperar la estabilidad total del pie.
No los he usado para correr aún, pero da la sensación que no sería ningún problema.
Escogí talla 46 (talla habitual). Creo que podrían ser un poco más pequeñas, pero una 45 me iría demasiado apretada.

I'm used to these Vibram. It is the fourth time that I buy the El-X. The lowest minimalist profile in the range. Like walking barefoot. On the downside, they don't last long with regular use. In just over a year you may see heavy wear in the forefoot area with regular use.
Ya tengo costumbre con estas Vibram. Es la cuarta vez que compro las El-X. El perfil minimalista más bajo de la gama. Como andar descalzo.
Como inconveniente, duran poco con un uso regular. En poco más de un año puede ser que veas gran desgaste en la zona del antepie con un uso regular.
After using it a few times it becomes quite comfortable but it always takes some time to "snap" your fingers into the holes intended for each one :)
