really comfortable but NOT waterproof

I recently purchased three pairs of hiking boots from Xero. Overall, they are comfortable for walking on rocks, beaches, and grass. However, I have noticed a drawback when it comes to their waterproofing capabilities. The boots offer great comfort and support during hikes, allowing me to walk around without discomfort for 30km. However, they are not completely waterproof. Even after less than a year of use, my feet still get wet during heavy rain. This can be inconvenient and uncomfortable, especially for longer hikes. Despite this issue, I appreciate the overall quality and performance of Xero. The comfort they provide is commendable. In the future, I hope to see improvements in the waterproofing features to make them more reliable in wet conditions. Overall, if you prioritize comfort and are willing to compromise slightly on waterproofing, the hiking boots from this Fusion are a good option. However, it's important to be aware of their limitations in heavy rain.

Hello. I can tell you that for me, with a 27cm foot height, a 42 and 1/2 fits me well. EU 43 corresponds to UK 9, USA 10, JP 28cm. All the best
