Spool was as described and fit my American BG /8000. Needed a second spool for braided line for tarpon season. The Nero Version fits the American model perfectly. The only drawback to the whole transaction was shipping time. I believe I ordered it on the 4th of April and it didn't leave the Netherlands till the middle of April. I got it here in Florida today, May 8th. So it almost took a month. Communication from Wave Inn was good though.
