The 2500 reel is equivalent to the standard 2000 model. I replaced all bearings with original ABEC 9 with high speed lubricant, and the brakes (drag) with carbotenx with ceramic grease (1000º Fahrenheit), it was extremely light and fluid. The glass of this reel (LT) is not efficient with large bottom fish (JIG) that need 10 kg of drag drag, it works safely in the drag of 7 kg. Already with carp, using the antireverse to control the progressive removal, releasing the brake, approaching the fish afterwards, embarked or on foot, he works magnificently with huge fish.

Great reel with a big brake, it goes very smooth, too bad it only brings a coil. A 0.22 line of 150 meters is about 20-30 meters to fill. I haven't tried the brake yet, but the impression is very good.
