1) May I ask if this life jacket would be the right type 100 vs 150N for a toddler going on a boat at sea for safety-and comfortable enough (not unnecessarily bulky) to wear all the time on the boat?
2) does this life jacket have a rescue loop on the collar to easily be able to pick them up out the water?
3) is there a safety line/hook one can use to attached a toddler to the boat rail by their life jacket for extra safety? Or something similar or as you'd suggest?
