In general it is excellent, however not everything is perfect. Deserves a score of 5. (4.9) Pros: I recommend installing the App on your smarthphone, for excellent monitoring and weight history. It can be used by multiple people, that is, if you have family members with whom you want to monitor your weight/body mass history, it is possible! The scale automatically detects who is being weighed and sends the data to the App. So, through the app, I regularly monitor the weight of several family members for health monitoring reasons. Cons: The xiaomi body mass scale is bullshit. For people or athletes with minimal muscle mass, it makes no sense! In other words, it's only really worth it because of the weight history of multiple people. Because according to Xiaomi's standard recommendation, the minimum muscle mass and the app says it is above the "recommended" value.

I feel a little cheated. The only thing BIA can understand is whether we have socks or not))) The rest makes the App, it depends on the data you enter shows body analysis (for the same person the analysis varies, if you change the data (for example, when I changed to male) in the App I got rid of 15% fat and became 10% more hydrated and 15 years younger))). But I loved it anyway, the scale is cute, shows the weight well and although the App is not 100% to be trusted it shows average values for data entered which is enough for me. I think it's better than the ones I've tried of this kind
