Key Benefits:

Experience a dramatic increase in your calling success. This combined decoy leverages the primal instincts of predators like foxes and raccoon dogs, drawing them in with authentic, high-quality sounds. Its dual-function design provides incredible versatility, allowing you to adapt your calling strategy on the fly—from long-distance attraction to close-range persuasion. The superior craftsmanship ensures durability and consistent performance season after season, making it a reliable cornerstone of your tracking equipment. Its intuitive design means both novice and expert callers can produce lifelike sounds with minimal practice.

Main Features:

The core of this device is its ability to reproduce the wailing of a rabbit with deceptive reality, creating a powerful auditory lure that cuts through the landscape. For added versatility and for finishing the job when a predator is close, it features a fully integrated mouse whistle, perfect for producing the subtle squeaks that can seal the deal. The mouthpiece is a testament to thoughtful German engineering; it is specially shaped so that the call rests firmly and comfortably between the lips, allowing for extended use without fatigue and enabling precise control over volume and tone. Meticulously crafted from select local cherry wood, this decoy not only possesses exceptional acoustic properties but also a classic, durable feel that synthetic materials cannot replicate. Its effectiveness is proven for attracting foxes and is also highly suitable for calling in raccoon dogs and other opportunistic predators.

Manuals

While the WEISSKIRCHEN Rabbit Combined Decoy is designed for intuitive use, mastery comes with practice. To achieve the most authentic rabbit wail, use short, sharp bursts of air to create a high-pitched, frantic sound, varying the cadence to simulate distress. For the integrated mouse whistle, use gentle puffs of air to produce soft, high-frequency squeaks. Experiment with different calling sequences, such as a series of rabbit wails followed by a pause and then a few soft mouse squeaks, to create a realistic scenario of a predator interrupting a smaller one´s meal. Online video tutorials from calling experts can provide excellent visual guidance on technique.
