To determine the type of bulb or tube you need, consider the following factors:

Bulb or tube shape: Determine the appropriate shape of the bulb or tube based on the fixture´s design and your preferences. Bulbs come in various shapes such as A shape traditional, globe, candle, reflector, or tubular. Tubes can be linear straight or U shaped, and their length and diameter should match the dimensions of the existing fixture.
Bulb or tube type: Consider the desired lighting technology and characteristics. Common options include:

Incandescent: Provides warm, traditional light but is less energy efficient.
LED Light Emitting Diode: Energy efficient, long lasting, and available in various color temperatures and brightness levels.
CFL Compact Fluorescent Lamp: Energy efficient and longer lasting than incandescent bulbs, but contain trace amounts of mercury and require proper recycling.
