The cooking indicator has two levels plus the residual pressure level. The two pressure cooking levels are:
- Up to 110°C (first orange ring), for tender vegetables, fish, poultry
- Up to 119°C (second orange ring), for hard foods and meats.
- As soon as the cooking indicator reaches the desired ring, lower the heat and start counting the cooking time.
- Once the cooking time has elapsed, the pot can only be opened when there is no more pressure inside.
