BR Gel Shaped Back Riser Half Pad: The Ultimate Solution for Saddle Fit and Equine Comfort

Achieve the perfect saddle fit and provide unparalleled comfort for your horse with the BR Gel Shaped Back Riser Half Pad. Expertly designed as a premium piece of horse equipment, this half pad is a game-changer for equestrians seeking to resolve saddle placement issues. It is the definitive choice for enhancing the connection between horse, saddle, and rider by addressing specific conformational challenges and promoting equine well-being.

If you struggle with a saddle that tilts down at the back or creates uneven pressure points, this back riser offers a simple yet highly effective solution. It’s specifically engineered to provide targeted support where it’s needed most, ensuring a more balanced and stable ride for both you and your equine partner.

Corrective Support and Superior Performance

This anatomically shaped back riser made of therapeutic soft gel ensures the saddle fits securely on horses with a low or sway back.

The back riser absorbs shocks and tilts the saddle up slightly at the rear so it doesn’t press too much on the horse’s back.

BR therapeutic soft gel has excellent anti-slip properties, does not support bacterial growth and is non-toxic.

The back riser can therefore be used directly on the horse’s back.

The back riser can also be used in combination with the BR soft gel pad, article 153910, the BR soft gel pad Dri-Lex, article 153911, or the BR soft gel pad Dri-Lex Sheepskin, article 153912.

If necessary, the back riser can be cut to size.

BR soft gel pads fit under all saddles and are machine washable at 30°C.

Why Choose the BR Gel Shaped Back Riser?
* Optimized Saddle Balance: By elevating the cantle area of the saddle, this riser pad corrects posterior imbalance. This promotes even pressure distribution along the horse´s back, preventing the bridging effect and reducing the risk of soreness and discomfort, allowing your horse to move more freely and willingly.
* Exceptional Shock Absorption: The advanced gel material acts as a superior cushion, absorbing impact and concussion from the rider’s movements. This protects your horse´s sensitive back muscles and spine, leading to a smoother ride and reduced fatigue during training and competition. The rider also benefits from a more stable and comfortable seat.
* Unrivaled Stability: The unique anti-slip properties of the gel ensure that both the pad and the saddle stay securely in place. This eliminates unwanted shifting and sliding, even during rigorous activity, providing an extra layer of safety and confidence for the rider.
* Hygienic and Horse-Friendly: Designed with the horse’s health in mind, the non-toxic gel material is hygienic and does not support bacterial growth. It can be placed directly on the horse´s back without causing irritation, making it an excellent choice for sensitive horses.

Versatile, Customizable, and Easy to Care For

This half pad is not only a problem-solver but also incredibly versatile. Its design allows it to be paired with other BR pads for a fully customized support system tailored to your horse´s unique needs. For a perfect, individualised fit, the pad can be easily trimmed without compromising its structural integrity.
