BR Gel Shaped Front Riser Half Pad: The Ultimate Solution for Wither Relief and Saddle Stability

Achieve the perfect saddle fit and provide your horse with unparalleled comfort with the BR Gel Shaped Front Riser Half Pad. Expertly engineered for riders seeking a solution for saddle balance and pressure distribution, this half pad is an essential piece of equipment for promoting your horse´s well-being and performance.

Optimise Saddle Fit and Eliminate Pressure Points

This anatomically shaped front riser is meticulously designed to address common saddle fitting challenges, particularly for horses with less developed or high withers. The therapeutic soft gel construction provides a subtle yet effective lift to the front of the saddle. This crucial adjustment helps to balance the saddle correctly, preventing it from tipping forward and distributing the rider´s weight more evenly across the horse´s back. By creating essential clearance, the riser ensures the saddle fits securely and eliminates pressure on the sensitive wither area, effectively helping to prevent wither problems and soreness.

Superior Shock Absorption and Performance

Experience a smoother, more stable ride. The BR Gel Shaped Front Riser is powerfully shock absorbing, working to dissipate impact and concussion from the rider´s movements before they reach the horse´s back. This reduction in jarring forces protects the horse´s delicate spine and shoulders, leading to a more relaxed, comfortable, and willing partner. The result is improved performance and a stronger connection between horse and rider.

Advanced Therapeutic Soft Gel Technology

At the core of this riser is BR´s renowned therapeutic soft gel. This advanced material offers multiple benefits for both horse and rider. It features excellent anti-slip properties, ensuring that both the pad and your saddle remain firmly in place without shifting, even during rigorous training sessions or competition. Critically, the gel is non-toxic and is formulated to not support bacterial growth, making it an exceptionally hygienic choice. This unique quality means the front riser can therefore be used directly on the horse’s back without risk of skin irritation, allowing for maximum anti-slip and shock-absorbing effect.

Unmatched Versatility and Ease of Use

Designed with the modern equestrian in mind, this front riser offers exceptional versatility. It fits discreetly under all types of saddles, integrating seamlessly with your existing tack. For a truly bespoke solution, the front riser can also be cut to size if necessary, allowing you to achieve the perfect shape for your specific saddle and horse conformation.

For those looking to create a complete saddle-fitting system, the front riser can also be used in combination with the BR soft gel pad, article 153910, the BR soft gel pad Dri-Lex, article 153911, or the BR soft gel pad Dri-Lex Sheepskin, article 153912.
