EQUITHEME Pro Forme General Purpose Saddle Pad

Discover the perfect fusion of elegance, comfort, and performance with the EQUITHEME Pro Forme General Purpose Saddle Pad. Expertly engineered for the discerning equestrian, this saddle pad is designed to provide unparalleled support and protection for your horse during daily training, flatwork, and jumping. Its sophisticated design not only enhances your look but, more importantly, prioritizes your horse´s well-being for a superior riding experience.

The foundation of the Pro Forme pad lies in its anatomically-correct, saddle-shaped design, ensuring a perfect fit under your general purpose saddle. The pad features a smart dual-fabric construction, with a durable and easy-to-clean polyester top that beautifully maintains its shape and colour, paired with a soft, natural cotton underside. This cotton lining rests gently against your horse´s skin, offering excellent sweat absorption and breathability to keep your horse comfortable and dry.

At its core, this premium saddle pad boasts a sophisticated cushioning system. A generous combination of 300 g/m² polyfill and 10 mm high-density foam padding works in synergy to deliver exceptional shock absorption. This dual-layer padding effectively distributes pressure evenly across the horse´s back, minimizing impact from the rider and saddle, and protecting the back muscles during even the most demanding sessions.

One of the standout features is the innovative spine design. A specialized mesh fabric channel runs along the entire length of the spine, creating a tunnel of air that significantly increases air flow. This promotes heat and moisture to escape, offering superior wither relief and preventing pressure points on the sensitive vertebrae. This enhanced ventilation is crucial for keeping your horse´s back cool and comfortable, reducing the risk of overheating and muscle fatigue.

For ultimate stability and a secure fit, the pad is equipped with robust, self-gripping straps for easy attachment to the saddle´s D-rings, along with reinforced girth loops. These features ensure the pad stays perfectly in place, preventing any unwanted slipping or shifting during your ride.

Adding a touch of luxury and functional protection, the EQUITHEME Pro Forme is finished with plush synthetic sheepskin. This wonderfully soft material is strategically placed over the horse´s back and withers, as well as along the front and rear edges. This provides an extra layer of cushioning to give your horse exceptional comfort, effectively preventing rubbing, chafing, and sores in the most sensitive areas. The sheepskin trim also adds a timeless, professional aesthetic, making it an ideal choice for both schooling and competition arenas. Elevate your ride with a saddle pad that truly understands the needs of both horse and rider
