PERA Forked Saddle Nail: Uncompromising Security for Hoof Pad Application

Elevate your farriery practice with the PERA Forked Saddle Nail, the premier choice for professionals demanding absolute precision and reliability when attaching hoof pads. Engineered specifically for the secure fastening of leather, synthetic, and therapeutic pads, this specialized nail is a testament to superior design and manufacturing excellence. It provides the confidence and performance needed for the most intricate and demanding shoeing applications, ensuring both the longevity of your work and the comfort of the horse.

The defining characteristic of the PERA Forked Saddle Nail is its uniquely designed head. Unlike standard nails, the "forked" or "saddle" head is crafted to sit perfectly flush within the fuller of the horseshoe and against the pad material. This innovative shape creates a broad, stable contact surface that distributes pressure evenly, effectively preventing the pad from shifting, tearing, or pulling away from the shoe. The result is a seamless, integrated finish with no protruding parts that could cause discomfort or uneven pressure on the horse´s sole, making it an essential tool for corrective and therapeutic shoeing where every detail matters.

Every PERA nail is a product of meticulous manufacturing, ensuring unparalleled consistency from one nail to the next. This uniformity is critical for a smooth and predictable workflow. The sharp, precision-formed point allows for effortless driving, penetrating both the pad and the hoof wall with minimal force and displacement. This clean entry and exit path significantly reduces the risk of hoof wall damage, ensuring a clean clinch and a strong, lasting hold. Farriers can work with greater speed and accuracy, confident that each nail will drive true without bending or failing, even in dense or challenging hoof conditions.

Designed for the modern farrier, the PERA Forked Saddle Nail offers exceptional strength and performance throughout the shoeing cycle. The robust shank is engineered to withstand the rigors of driving while remaining pliable enough for a secure and tidy clinch. This balance of strength and workability ensures that the pad remains firmly in place, providing continuous support and protection as intended. Whether you are applying shock-absorbing pads for a performance horse, leather pads for traditional support, or wedge pads for corrective balancing, these nails provide the steadfast hold required for optimal results. Trust in the PERA Forked Saddle Nail to enhance the quality of your work, deliver superior outcomes for your clients, and provide the ultimate in secure pad application
