At its core, this bridle bit provides sophisticated gag action, offering the rider nuanced control when it´s needed most. When the gag rein is engaged, the bit applies gentle yet effective pressure on the horse´s poll, encouraging the horse to lift its head and become lighter in the hand. This functionality makes it an exceptional tool for training or competing with horses that tend to get strong, lean on the bit, or become heavy on the forehand. It allows for a clearer signal, helping to establish balance and self-carriage.
