Quite light and good ventilation. I have one of those in my urban jacket and a L.2 in my leather jacket. They are non restrictive and comfortable. This one is for my wife’s jacket. For those interested, the protector fits into a Dainese pouch, but with s slight modification to the lining. Dainese protectors are bulkier and more expensive.

I bought the size M protector for a size M Alpinestars Andes v3 jacket as well. The protector doesn't bother you, it's light and malleable enough to be comfortable on long trips. Very good quality, I highly recommend. As for the store it was the cheapest price online I found and the shipping was very fast, delivered to the door the next day. I recommend both.
