Cgm 261A Mini Mono Junior Open Face Helmet

Made with a specially created shell that has 5 sizes to cover different age groups from children to teenagers, the 261 is a light demijet with a snug fit. it is characterized by removable and washable colored interiors matching the neck collar with removable cheek pads with zip. The helmet is equipped with Air Stream System ventilation system and a long visor that offers a great protection from the wind. The equipment is completed by the micrometric buckle, the anti-theft ring and the elastic strap loop. Included in the package there is a sheet of stickers, made with a specific glue suitable for applying to the helmet shell, which allows the customization of the helmet with emoticons and letters of the alphabet.


Features:

Shell in HPT:
- The shell is printed by injection, the thermoplastic polymers, once cold and hardened after the printing process, grant a high mechanic resistance for the maximum protection from impacts, in a wide range of temperatures, and a high capacity to dissipate the energy deriving from an impact. Moreover, the printed shell keeps its original structure, without deformations or instability for many years.

Antiscratch Painting:
- Each helmet of ours is carefully treated to obtain the desired finishing. The shell, after having been smoothed, is painted with various layers of colour and then coated with the antiscratch transparent painting. Or, in the case of decals, it is first covered by the special water decal with the desired design, and then coated with the antiscratch transparent painting.

Air Stream System:
- The air system AIR STREAM SYSTEM is composed by front air vents , air ducts in the inner shell and rear air vents. The fresh air enters in the front air vents of the helmet and, passing through the proper ducting in the inner shell, it arrives to the rider. The air circle is generated exploiting the movement which generates a negative pressure and push the internal hot air towards the rear side of the helmet from where it comes out through the rear air vents. In this way the rider benefits of a costant air recycle inside the helmet which always grants a pleasant temperature.

Long Visor With Antiscratch Treatment:
- Visor with regular shape which usually covers also the nose. Treated to resist to surface scratches.

Removable Inner Lining:
- The removable inner lining are fixed to the inner shell with fasteners, mechanisms in hard plastic or velcro, they can be washed with mild soap.

Removable Chin Protector:
- Chin Protector easily removable. It is needed to protect the neck skin to avoid the contact with the chin strap.

Removable Neck Collar:
- The neck collar fixed to the inner shell with fasteners, zips and velcro, can be washed with mild soap.

Retention System:
- The retention system with micrometric buckle or metal micrometric buckle, for the chin strap closing, is made of a button body and by a graduated lath which allow a quick and easy adjustment together with a practical release. The micrometric buckle is studied to obtain, with the same device, a quick and safe system of opening/closing and a handy and intuitive adjustment system.

Anti-theft Loop Ring At The Chin Strap:
- Anti-theft loop ring at the chin strap: useful metallic ring to fasten the helmet to the hook under the seat of the scooter in practical and safe way.

Elastic Strap Loop:
- Elasticated fabric loop that allows you to lock the excess strap in the folded position.

Sticker Kit Included:
- In the 261A version a sheet of stickers is included in the package, made with a specific glue suitable to be applied on the helmet shell, which allows the customization of the helmet with emoticons and letters of the alphabet.

Air Stream System:
- The ventilation system AIR STREAM SYSTEM is made by resealable front air vents, air ducts inside the inner shell and rear extractor. The fresh air comes in from the front air vent of the helmet and, by coming through the apposite channeling, goes right to the pilot. The air circulation is generated by the exploitation of the movement that creates a negative pressure and push the inner hot air towards the rear part of the helmet, here the hot air comes out from the rear vents. In this way the pilot benefits from a constant air recycle that always a comfortable temperature.
