I ordered size S and it was supper small although I have ladies size 36, I can´t dress it. Please could you write me how much bigger in cm is size M and L? Because I have really doubts about the size. Before I had size S, but this new one S is more like XS. thank you

I am 178 cm tall and 78 kg. I am using it for skiing and above baselayer. M is way to small, L is conditionaly ok (not comfortable feeling on hips), but becasue I want very freely moving and there are a lot sitting on cablecars I have ordered XL. It is litle too big, but OK for my purpose. I would say M will be OK for you.
