I just measured my 10-year-old son´s circumference. He´s 54 cm tall. At the time of purchase, which was in October 2024, I guess he was about 2-3 cm shorter, so we bought the children´s XL size. It still fits him very well now. Initially, we wanted to buy a smaller size, but we found a reference that said children´s sizes don´t match adult sizes, and thank goodness because otherwise it would have been too small.
