Backrest is a Givi OEM part so no complaints there and the price is the best available on the internet including shipping

Almost very good, ... but:

Basically a very good backrest, but I noticed three points: 1: There are very small "lint" in places on the edge; Furthermore, the upholstery appears slightly “spotty” in places. My SHAD backrest doesn't have this. 2: The very thick padding seems a bit hard, but maybe this will improve after repeated "use" by my pillion. 3: Caution: The template is not error-free! The distance between the two drill holes is given as 141 mm. This “odd” statement seemed strange to me. I measured the upholstery and it is actually exactly 138 mm from hole center to hole center! So if you rely on the template, you will have a problem attaching the backrest!
