I bought this jacket one and half years ago for urban riding. It ´s very comfortable and nice design. All pad can be removed and this jacket can be washed. I chose dark gray color, but it is lighter than picture displayed monitor. have only one complaint that the strap of the hood hits my helmet and makes some noise.

I personally bought L following the sizes indicated on the site, the L actually fits me but I can only wear the jacket in the summer because with a sweatshirt C is too tight I advise you to take a size above so L if you usually wear M After all it depends on your body shape I am tall but thin C plus the length of the arms which bothers me hoping to have answered your question correctly.
