The product arrived well, in its box, it is new and it comes sealed and it arrived within the scheduled time. I have been using it for three months and it has worked quite well for me, I only have two buts: 1. At speeds above 85 km/h, the volume is deficient; 2. In the description it says that it has AM/FM radio but it doesn't, I set out to search and I found that there are two versions of the Sena 5S, unfortunately this is the one that doesn't have a radio :(

If you cannot connect with other intercoms, I think they should warn you or indicate with which brands, protocols, etc. are compatible, since an intercom that does not connect with others is useless. As for the operation, I can say that it turns on very quickly, the sound quality is good and the volume is not enough for more than 100-110km / h to listen to music, I understand that talking will be less demanding. It has to be updated and with an application you configure it. It is mandatory to study the instructions.

I give it 5 stars for two reasons, the product that is of excellent quality and the service that Motardinn provided was excellent. I recommend it. Overall this is a super high end quality product. Mounting options include adhesive pads and a removable clip that is tightened by screws - both really solid options. Speakers are extremely slim and don't bother while also providing a good audio quality - at higher volume there is noticeable static in the background but not too much. Audio quality is good - noise canceling on the mic could be improved. Menu takes so time getting accustomed to, but once learned is super easy to use. In conclusion there are a few minor tweaks that would make this a perfect product, but even so, it still is a 5/5 start one.
