SHAD offers a wide range of backrests developed for different models of cases, allowing the passenger to travel more comfortably.

Designed as an aesthetics and ergonomic piece, the backrest offers a greater comfort for the passenger, while also provides an improved aesthetics to the top case.

All SHAD products come with a 36-month legal warranty, provided that the recommendations for use, installation, and assembly indicated by SHAD are followed.

The end customer has the right to request the warranty for their product as long as they have proof of purchase (purchase receipt, invoice, or cash register receipt).

NOTE:

ALL TESTS ON OUR PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN PERFORMED WITH STANDARD EQUIPMENT ON DIFFERENT MOTORCYCLES AND MODELS.

The assembly of SHAD products on third-party mounts and racks, as well as the alteration, MODIFICATION, OR REFURBISHMENT of our products or original motorcycle parts will void the warranty.

SH58X is mounted on a Yamaha 900 Tracer GT which my wife and I two up on. The backrest was easy to mount to the top case. The top case was easy to mount to the bike as it was replacing a Shad 45 top case and I was able to use the same holes. The Shad 45 is going on another bike. I like these Shad top cases. They are the only ones I have had. I do like that you can open/close them without locking them. Much more convenient. Motardinn was easy to deal with. Shipping time to Idaho was just two weeks or so. So far so good!
