The heavy-duty Dremel Max Premium Cutting Wheel SC456DM is is coated with super abrasive grit called cubic boron nitride (CBN) which provides maximum durability allowing the wheel to remain sharp longer, stay cool, and prevent shrinking. The Max Premium Metal Cutting Wheel lasts 20 times longer than the regular 426 Cutting Wheels and is reinforced with a metal core to prevent breaking.
The high-performance cutting wheel features a 38.1 mm diameter and 1 mm thick blade making it ideal for cutting a variety of materials including stainless steel, nails, rebar, metal studs, threaded rod, copper, conduit, metal HVAC ducts, metal door jambs, and galvanized strut.
