The Flow 2 sliding surface system is conveniently provided in a kit format, engineered for wooden doors and delivering a professional-grade result with unparalleled ease of installation.

Effortless Installation and Superior Design

One of the standout benefits of the Flow2 system is its revolutionary installation process. The assembly of the rails is remarkably simple and quick, as there is no need to carry out any prior machining to install them. This innovative design eliminates complex steps, making it ideal for both professional installers and DIY enthusiasts. It is only necessary to screw some clips to fix them on the upper and lower part of your cabinet, and then effortlessly clip the surface rails into place. This streamlined process saves valuable time and ensures a perfect fit without specialized tools. This comprehensive kit includes all the necessary accessories for the installation of a 2-door cabinet, with the only exclusion being the door panels themselves, allowing you complete creative freedom in your choice of material and style.

Unmatched Performance and Silent Operation

Experience unparalleled quietness and a flawless glide with every use. The system´s trolleys are a marvel of engineering, constructed from a combination of high-grade steel and advanced, low-friction synthetic materials. Integrated with high-precision ball bearing wheels, these trolleys ensure the system slides smoothly and almost silently. This robust system supports doors up to 30 kg, and its performance remains consistently fluid and reliable, enhancing the user experience and adding a feel of luxury to your furniture.

Advanced Soft-Closing Technology

The EMUCA Flow2 kit redefines convenience with its advanced dual-action soft-closing technology. This comprehensive kit includes 2 soft closing devices for each door, facilitating a cushioned, gentle action for both soft opening and soft closing. This is a significant upgrade from standard systems, ensuring the door is controlled throughout its entire travel path. Say goodbye to slamming doors; this mechanism catches and gently pulls the door to its final open or closed position, ensuring safety, protecting the cabinet frame, and maintaining a peaceful environment.

Precision Adjustment and Modern Aesthetics

Achieving a perfect, professional finish is effortless thanks to the system´s thoughtful design. The trolleys also have an adjustment lock which is operated by a simple turn of a screw, allowing for a precise height adjustment of 9 mm. This critical feature ensures your doors are perfectly aligned for flawless operation and a clean, symmetrical appearance. The sleek, surface-mounted rails enhance the modern aesthetic of your project. The rail length is 2.35m and is available in two sophisticated finishes to complement your design: a contemporary black painted finish or a timeless matt anodised finish, ensuring a perfect match for any decor.
