Design and Application

The ERIZO saw file is defined by its precise geometry and specialized function.

Triangular cross section, with converging edges at one end.

For sharpening hand saws, band saws and any other kind of saws having teeth at an angle of 60 degrees.

Single cut, three cut edges.

This specific design with three cutting faces ensures that you can work efficiently, utilizing the entire surface of the file. The tapered point allows for access into tighter gullets and more detailed work on smaller teeth, making it a truly versatile sharpening tool. By maintaining the critical 60-degree angle on your saw teeth, you guarantee that the blade will track straight and cut cleanly through wood, reducing tear-out and improving the overall quality of your work.
