Designed specifically by Fluval for a perfect fit, this cover does more than just complete the look of your hang-on-back filter. It plays a crucial role in the overall function and safety of your aquarium ecosystem. By securely covering the filter media basket, it prevents curious and adventurous fish, shrimp, and snails from accidentally entering the hazardous filter chamber, protecting them from harm. This vital safeguard provides invaluable peace of mind for any dedicated aquarist who values the well-being of their aquatic inhabitants.

Beyond protection, the AquaClear 110 Filter Cover significantly enhances your enjoyment of the aquarium by minimizing operational noise. It effectively dampens the sound of cascading water as it returns to the tank, creating a quieter and more tranquil atmosphere in your home or office. Furthermore, it acts as an effective barrier against water evaporation directly from the filter reservoir. This helps to maintain a more stable water level in your tank, reduces the frequency of top-offs, and helps to control ambient humidity in the room.

Installing the replacement cover is effortless. It is designed to snap securely into place, instantly restoring the filter´s sleek profile. A properly fitted cover is also key to maintaining optimal filtration efficiency. It ensures the internal media basket remains correctly seated, guaranteeing that water is forced to pass through each stage of your chosen filter media—mechanical, chemical, and biological—without bypass. This correct water flow is fundamental to achieving the crystal-clear, healthy water that the AquaClear series is renowned for. Don´t let a missing or broken lid compromise the integrity of your filtration. Order this genuine Fluval AquaClear 110 replacement cover and ensure your powerful filter continues to operate safely, quietly, and at its maximum potential
