Gardena Smart dual irrigation controller

GARDENA Smart Dual Irrigation Controller: Intelligent, Two-Zone Garden Watering

Transform your garden care with the GARDENA Smart Dual Irrigation Controller, the ultimate solution for flexible, automated, and water-efficient irrigation. Designed for the modern gardener, this innovative device allows you to manage the watering of two separate garden areas independently and intelligently, all from the palm of your hand. Say goodbye to manual watering schedules and hello to a lush, healthy garden that thrives with precisely the right amount of water, exactly when it´s needed.

The core of this system is its dual-outlet design, enabling you to create two distinct watering zones from a single outdoor tap. This is perfect for managing areas with different needs—for example, a sun-drenched vegetable patch and a shady lawn, or delicate flowerbeds and robust hedges. Each outlet can be programmed individually via the user-friendly GARDENA smart App, giving you complete control and unmatched flexibility. Whether you´re at home, at work, or on holiday, you can adjust schedules, start or stop watering manually, and monitor your garden´s irrigation status with a simple tap on your smartphone or tablet.

Integration into the GARDENA smart system (smart Gateway required) unlocks the full potential of this controller. By connecting it with the optional GARDENA smart Sensor, the system evolves from a simple timer to a truly intelligent, demand-based irrigation solution. The smart Sensor measures soil moisture, temperature, and light intensity, and communicates this data to your controller. This ensures that watering cycles are automatically skipped if the soil is already sufficiently moist, preventing overwatering, conserving precious water, and promoting stronger, healthier plant roots. The app also provides valuable frost warnings, alerting you when temperatures drop so you can protect your device.

Engineered for reliability and convenience, the controller features GARDEN´s Safe Stop technology. This intelligent function checks the battery level before each scheduled cycle and will not initiate watering if the power is too low to complete the process, preventing the valve from remaining open unintentionally. A multi-function button on the device itself also allows for immediate manual watering without needing to access the app.
