HALDER SIMPLEX Soft-Face Sledge Mallet 125 mm with Superplastic Faces

Unleash tremendous striking power without compromising on surface integrity with the HALDER SIMPLEX Soft-Face Sledge Mallet. This 125 mm powerhouse is the ultimate solution for professionals in construction, landscaping, and carpentry who demand both formidable force and precision. Engineered for heavy-duty applications, this mallet redefines what´s possible, allowing you to drive, position, and assemble with unparalleled efficiency while protecting valuable materials from damage. Its exceptional weight and size make it the tool of choice for tasks requiring maximum impact force, functioning as a superior alternative to a traditional sledgehammer where surface preservation is key.

At the core of the SIMPLEX design is its brilliant modular system. The entire mallet, including its high-quality hickory handle and interchangeable faces, can be easily and quickly disassembled and reconfigured thanks to a robust central screw. This not only makes maintenance a breeze but also offers exceptional cost-effectiveness. Instead of replacing an entire worn tool, you can simply swap out the specific component you need, whether it´s a worn face or a damaged handle, ensuring your investment lasts for years of rigorous use.

Built with a solid two-piece cast steel body, this sledge mallet is designed to deliver maximum impact. The substantial 6700g weight and large 125 mm face diameter provide the necessary force for the most demanding jobs, from driving large steel wedges to setting heavy kerbstones. To manage this power, the mallet is fitted with a premium hickory wood handle, renowned for its natural vibration-damping properties and ergonomic shape. This ensures superior control, a comfortable grip, and reduced user fatigue during prolonged use.

The true genius of this tool lies in its white Superplastic faces. These medium-hard inserts are crafted from an extremely durable and wear-resistant material, offering a significantly longer service life than conventional plastic heads. They provide the perfect balance, delivering powerful, dead-blow-like strikes that won´t chip, crack, or mar the workpiece. This makes the mallet indispensable for tasks like roofing, scaffolding assembly, and fine carpentry where surface finish is critical.
