Precision Sharpening with Perfect Temperature Control

Achieve razor-sharp edges without compromising the integrity of your tools. The NTS200FLEX features a high-grade, slow-running wet grinding stone that is constantly cooled by a water bath. This essential feature prevents overheating, which can ruin the temper and hardness of high-quality steel blades. It´s the ideal method for sharpening knives, scissors, chisels, carving tools, and plane irons, ensuring a long-lasting, durable edge every time. The universal support system allows for consistent and repeatable angle settings, taking the guesswork out of achieving the perfect bevel.

Flawless Honing and Polishing

After sharpening, the integrated leather stropping wheel is your key to a truly professional finish. This wheel is used to remove the final burr left behind by the grinding process and to hone the edge to a mirror-like, surgically sharp state. By applying a fine polishing compound, you can achieve an incredible level of sharpness and a polished finish that reduces cutting friction and enhances performance.

Unmatched Versatility with the Flexible Shaft

What truly sets the NTS200FLEX apart is its innovative flexible drive shaft. This powerful attachment transforms your grinder into a versatile detailing tool, perfect for engraving, cleaning, polishing, and intricate sanding in hard-to-reach areas. The flex shaft gives you the dexterity of a handheld rotary tool, powered by the robust and stable motor of the grinder, making it an indispensable feature for model makers, jewelers, and detail-oriented woodworkers.
