KNIPEX Universal Stripping Tool: Precision Stripping for Professionals

Elevate your electrical work with the KNIPEX Universal Stripping Tool, an indispensable piece of hardware for any professional electrician, technician, or serious DIY enthusiast. Engineered in Germany by the world-renowned KNIPEX brand, this tool is designed to deliver unmatched precision, safety, and efficiency for all your cable preparation needs. Say goodbye to carrying multiple tools and the risk of damaging conductors. This all-in-one solution simplifies the task of stripping round and moisture-proof installation cables, making it a cornerstone of any quality toolkit.

The primary benefit of the KNIPEX Universal Stripping Tool lies in its versatility and user-centric design. It expertly handles all common round cables with a diameter from 8 to 13 mm, covering a vast range of applications from residential wiring to complex industrial installations. The innovative hinged, double-skinned body provides a secure, ergonomic grip that reduces hand fatigue during repetitive tasks, while the integrated opening spring and pawl mechanism ensure smooth, controlled operation every time. This thoughtful design allows you to work faster and more comfortably without sacrificing quality.

One of the standout features is the integrated cable routing system for perfect longitudinal cuts. This allows you to easily strip long sections of cable, for example, within junction boxes or distribution cabinets, without needing a separate knife and risking injury or damage to the inner wires. For even greater utility, a retractable and extendable internal knife is cleverly integrated into the housing. This blade can be used for general cutting tasks, further reducing the need to switch tools and streamlining your workflow. Safety is paramount; the design ensures that inner conductors are not damaged during the stripping process, guaranteeing a reliable and secure electrical connection. Built to withstand the rigours of the job site, its robust housing is made from high-strength, glass-fibre reinforced plastic, ensuring exceptional durability and a long service life.
