Unmatched Versatility for Superior Surface Treatment

The true power of the LESSMANN STM Wavy Cup Brush lies in its exceptional versatility. It is your go-to solution for a multitude of applications, making it an indispensable part of any workshop.
* Rust and Scale Removal: Effortlessly strip away layers of rust, corrosion, and heavy scale from steel and other metal surfaces, restoring them to their original condition without excessive abrasion.
* Cleaning and Stripping: Powerfully remove old paint, stubborn varnish, coatings, and contaminants from metal, wood, and stone, preparing the perfect base for new finishes.
* Deburring and Tarnish Removal: Gently smooth sharp edges and burrs left over from cutting or machining processes. It effectively removes tarnish and oxidation from brass, copper, and other non-ferrous metals, bringing back their natural luster.
* Surface Preparation: Create an ideal surface texture for painting, bonding, or coating applications. The brush cleans and slightly roughens the material, ensuring optimal adhesion and a long-lasting finish.

Engineered for Performance and Durability

Designed for light or medium intensity work, this wavy cup brush combines flexibility with effective cleaning power. The crimped wire construction allows the brush to conform to irregular shapes, contours, and uneven surfaces, ensuring a uniform finish across the entire workpiece. Unlike more aggressive knotted brushes, the wavy design provides a gentler action, minimizing the risk of damaging the underlying material while still being highly effective.

Main Features & Technical Specifications:

* Brush Type: Wavy cup brush design provides flexibility for working on contoured and irregular surfaces, delivering a smooth, consistent finish.
* High-Quality Wire: Features a robust STM brass steel pile with a 0.30 mm wire thickness. This brass-coated steel wire is specifically chosen for its durability and performance, reducing the risk of corrosion on the workpiece and ensuring a longer service life for the brush itself.
* Secure Grinder Compatibility: Equipped with a standard M14x2.0 mm anchor (thread). This ensures a secure, vibration-free fit onto the spindle of most commercially available angle grinders, allowing for safe and efficient operation at high speeds.
* Optimized for Light to Medium Work: Perfectly balanced for tasks that require precision and control rather than aggressive material removal. Ideal for finishing, cleaning, and preparation jobs where surface integrity is paramount.

The LESSMANN STM Brush Cup is a testament to superior German manufacturing, built to meet the rigorous demands of daily use in fabrication shops, automotive garages, and construction sites. Its reliable performance and durable construction ensure you can tackle any deburring, cleaning, or rust removal project with confidence.
