Engineered for Performance and Protection

The MASCOT® 00922 is built upon a foundation of superior materials and intelligent design features that deliver tangible benefits on the job site. The core of its strength lies in its advanced fabric and construction, meticulously crafted to shield you from the elements and provide long-lasting wear.

Bearnylon is a water-repellent and extremely durable material.
- Pile lining in the body and quilt lining in sleeves.
- Fastening with zip and internal storm flap, so the wind is kept out.
- Ribbed waist and cuffs.
- D-ring for keys or ID cards.

Unmatched Warmth and All-Weather Resilience

When the temperature drops and the wind picks up, the 00922 Pilot Jacket truly excels. The plush, insulating pile lining in the body traps heat effectively, providing a level of thermal protection and cosy warmth often compared to traditional wool garments, but with modern, lightweight performance. This is complemented by a smooth quilt lining in the sleeves, ensuring unrestricted movement for your arms.

This jacket is thoroughly windproof. The robust front zip is protected by an internal storm flap, creating a formidable barrier that prevents cold drafts from penetrating. The snug-fitting ribbed waist and cuffs further seal out the cold, ensuring your core temperature remains stable. While the outer Bearnylon® material is highly water-repellent, protecting you from showers and spray, the jacket´s streamlined, without hood design offers a clean profile, prevents snagging, and allows for unimpeded peripheral vision, making it ideal for wearing with a helmet or other headgear.

Functional Design for the Modern Professional

Every detail of the MASCOT® 00922 is designed with practicality in mind. Multiple pockets, including a secure zipped chest pocket and spacious front pockets, provide ample storage for tools, devices, and personal items. The integrated D-ring is a simple but essential feature, offering a convenient attachment point for keys or company ID cards, keeping them secure and accessible at all times. For enhanced safety in low-light conditions, the jacket incorporates subtle yet effective reflective accents, increasing your visibility to colleagues and vehicles.
