OLFA MT-1 Medium-Duty Cutter | Precision & Control for Everyday Tasks

Discover the perfect balance of power and precision with the OLFA MT-1, a masterfully engineered medium-duty cutter designed for versatility and reliability. As a standout in the manual tools category, this cutter bridges the gap between standard 9mm craft knives and heavy-duty 18mm models, making it the ideal choice for a vast range of applications, from demanding DIY projects to professional tasks in warehouses and workshops.

The heart of the MT-1 is its innovative 12.5mm-wide, 0.45mm-thick blade, which provides superior stability and cutting force compared to smaller blades, while still offering the finesse needed for detailed work. This unique size gives you the confidence to tackle tougher materials without the bulk of a larger tool. Pre-loaded with the brand-new, exceptionally sharp MTB blade, the OLFA MT-1 makes cutting through single or double-wall cardboard an easy, safe, and satisfying experience. Watch as it glides effortlessly through packaging, shrink wrap, vinyl, window film, foam board, and more, delivering a clean, precise cut every single time.

Safety and convenience are paramount in the MT-1’s design. The robust handle features OLFA’s trusted Auto-Lock system, which securely holds the blade in place with a simple slide. This crucial feature prevents the blade from retracting or slipping during a cut, giving you complete control and significantly enhancing user safety. The cutter is thoughtfully designed for both left- and right-handed users, ensuring comfortable and efficient operation for everyone.

Built for the modern, environmentally-conscious user, the main body of the OLFA MT-1 is constructed from 100% recycled resin, offering a durable and dependable tool that is also kind to the planet. Its intelligent design incorporates an integrated pocket clip that doubles as a blade snapper. When a blade segment becomes dull, simply and safely snap it off to reveal a fresh, sharp edge, ensuring you are always ready for the next cut. The OLFA MT-1 isn´t just a cutter; it´s a dependable, high-performance partner for all your cutting needs
